Submissions- Novel submissions should include a cover letter, synopsis, and first three chapters. Submissions should be in standard manuscript format (12 pt Times, double spaced, name, title, page number on every page), minimum 80,000 words, and sent as an attachment in .rtf format to submissions[at]divicapress.com. Submissions sent in any other format will not be reviewed. We only accept fantasy fiction.
Advance and Royalties- Divica Press does not pay an advance against royalties, but makes quarterly royalty payments. Authors receive 10% of the net proceeds of all sales.
Availability- Divica Press titles are registered with Books-in-Print and are provided with an ISBN number. Books are available through the online bookstore, Target.com, Amazon.com, and Alibirs.com. We are currently looking into other forms of distribution. As a new publisher, our emphasis at this time is on online sales.
Wholesale Orders- Divica Press is not yet in the wholesalers distribution list, but we are looking into the options.
Copyright- The author retains all rights to the work. Divica Press purchases the rights to print, promote, sell and distribute said title for a designated period of time. It is the responsibility of the author to register her or his book with the United States Copyright Office.
